About | Hi, I’m Philippe! I live in the vibrant city of Austin, Texas, and when I’m not enjoying the local culture, I’m out on the water, sailing my catamaran, or restoring classic cars. There's something about working on a vintage car that brings me joy—whether it’s getting my hands dirty or learning something new along the way. When I’m not sailing or working on cars, I’m hitting the gym to stay in shape and push my limits. I’ve always had a passion for computers as well, and I love diving into tech projects and exploring the endless possibilities they offer. I'm always up for connecting with others who share these hobbies or have a similar interest in active, hands-on pursuits. Welcome to NCPAD's 14-Week Program to a Healthier You!
What is the program?
- Description: A free, personalized, web-based physical activity and nutrition program
- Target Audience: People with mobility limitations, chronic health conditions and physical disabilities
- Goal: To help you get moving and making healthy nutrition choices
- Duration: 14 weeks
How does it work?
- You register for the program and tell us a little about yourself.
- We take the information you gave us and, to the best of our abilities, provide you with personalized resources and exercises that meet your individual needs over the course of 14 weeks.
- Because there is new material each week that builds on the previous weeks, the program works best if you visit at least once a week.
