About My name is Mark, & I’m 63 years old, single, enjoying the warm weather down here in Palm Beach County Florida. I’ve been a complete C5 Quad for 31 years, so I’m Permobil 4-wheel power dependent. Now retired, I’m able to enjoy taking it easy. Proud father of two grown kids, both married starting their own lives, & one beautiful granddaughter, 3-month old from my son and his wife. I’m Very blessed for sure with my family. I’ve I always love the outdoors, enjoying God‘s green earth and beautiful water down here. It’s fun to get down to the ocean and see some nice boats, or find people having fun at an outdoor event. Even strolling down the beach to watch a volleyball game or just enjoy the weather having a nice cold drink. On the flip side, I’m also a serious football junkie, & love both College and NFL. So weekends can get busy, although I can always be flexible, depending on the game. Thank God for unlimited recording, we can always catch the game later.

Welcome to NCPAD's 14-Week Program to a Healthier You!

What is the program?

  • Description: A free, personalized, web-based physical activity and nutrition program
  • Target Audience: People with mobility limitations, chronic health conditions and physical disabilities
  • Goal: To help you get moving and making healthy nutrition choices
  • Duration: 14 weeks

How does it work?

  • You register for the program and tell us a little about yourself.
  • We take the information you gave us and, to the best of our abilities, provide you with personalized resources and exercises that meet your individual needs over the course of 14 weeks.
  • Because there is new material each week that builds on the previous weeks, the program works best if you visit at least once a week.
